شبكة صحفيون ومدونون من اجل حقوق الإنسان تطلق موقعها الالكتروني
ومركز المعلومات ينظم دورة خاصة بتعزيز دور الإعلام ودعم استقلالية النشر الالكتروني
أطلقت شبكة صحفيون ومدونون من اجل حقوق الإنسان موقعها على شبكة الانترنت (http://www.takalm.net/index.php) وتهدف الشبكة - التي أنشئت في نهاية ديسمبر من العام الماضي كنتاج لدورة تدريبية إقليمية للصحفيون والمدونون نظمها مركز المعلومات والتأهيل لحقوق الإنسان في العاصمة اللبنانية بيروت - إلى رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان ومناصرة الحريات من مدخل إعلامي.
وتضم الشبكة مدونات الصحفيون والمدونون الذين شاركوا في الدورة التدريبية كما خصص قسم في موقع الشبكة لرصد الانتهاكات التي تطال حقوق الإنسان وحرية الرأي والتعبير في الوطن العربي وأقسام خاصة بوثائق حقوق الإنسان الإقليمية والدولية وعدد أخر من الأقسام الهامة وذات الصلة بالجانب الحقوقي ، ومن المقرر أن يخصص في الموقع بريد الكتروني لتلقي الشكاوى الخاصة بالانتهاكات لنشرها في الموقع وتسليط الضوء عليها إعلاميا
من جهة أخرى وضمن تعزيز دور الإعلام ودعم استقلالية النشر الالكتروني ينظم مركز المعلومات والتأهيل لحقوق الإنسان ورشة تدريبية خاصة بسبل الحماية للمواقع الالكترونية والمدونات وذلك ضمن إطار برنامجه الخاص بدعم شبكة مدنون وصحفيون من اجل حقوق الإنسان " حملة تكلم " .
ومن المقرر أن تعقد الدورة يومي الأربعاء والخميس الموافق 7 – 8 ابريل 2010بقاعة المركز في صنعاء حيث تهدف الورشة إلي تدريب المشاركين على مهارات وتقنيات حماية المواقع من الاختراق، وأساليب النسخ الآمن واسترجاع المواقع .
الجدير بالذكر أن شبكة صحفيون ومدونون من اجل حقوق الإنسان هي شبكة حديثة النشأة أطلقها مركز المعلومات والتأهيل لحقوق الإنسان ضمن مشروع حشد الصحفيين والمدونين العرب للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والذي ينفذه المركز بالتعاون مع مبادرة الشراكة الشرق أوسطية ميبي MEPI.

HRITC Will Organize a Local Workshop on Strengthening Media Role and Support the Independence of Electronic Publishing
Journalists and Bloggers for Human Rights Network (JBHRN) Launches its website, (http://www.takalm.net/index.php). This network was established at the end of December last year as a product of a regional training course for journalists and bloggers organized by Human Rights Information and Training Center (HRITC) in Beirut. JBHRN aims to monitor and document violations, promote a culture of human rights and advocate for freedom of expression.
The members of the Network are the journalists and bloggers who participated in Beirut training. the network's website include a section to monitor violations of human rights and freedom of opinion and expression in the Arab world , sections for regional and international human rights conventions and other important sections concerning human rights . Also it is scheduled to establish an E-mail on the website to receive complaints of violations to be published and highlighted.
On the other hand and aiming at strengthening the role of media and support the independence of the electronic publishing, HRITC is organizing a workshop on methods to protect websites and blogs within the framework of HRITC program of supporting Journalists and Bloggers for Human Rights Network "Takalam campaign".
The workshop is scheduled to be held on April 7-8 2010 at HRITC office in Sana'a, where the workshop aims to train participants on the skills and techniques of protecting sites from hackers, and safe methods of copying and retrieval sites.
It is worth mentioning that the Journalists and Bloggers for Human Rights Network was launched recently by HRITC as part of a regional program on mobilizing Arab Citizen Journalists to advocate for human rights in cooperation with the Middle East Partnership Initiative MEPI.
